This is why I go above and beyond the educational requirements to maintain my license. There are roughly 16 people involved in a Real Estate Transaction from start to close. With so many moving parts, time sensitive deadlines and documentation requirements and changes in Real Estate Laws & Forms I owe it to my clients to continue my education. I want to be in front of any given situation, issue or concern rather than behind it or obliviously & surprised by it.
